Dale Kelley

Dale M. Kelley – President/CEO

Dale Kelley is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in developing new products and programs. Dale has served in senior leadership roles in community, religious, political, and business organizations. Dale co-founded and successfully developed TurboHaul, the largest bulk trash company in the Baltimore/Washington region. While serving as Senior Vice-President/COO he was responsible for building the franchise system which took the company to 4 other critical markets. Dale is involved with and supports many youth sports organizations and is involved with numerous other community outreach programs as a leader in his church. Dale is the proud father of 5 children. Dale has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Bob WiederRobert J. Wieder, EA – Founder

Robert is the creator of the GiveStream idea. Robert is the co-founder of Court Place Advisors. With more than twenty-five years’ experience creating successful individualized client strategies, Robert serves as the firm’s senior tax and estate planning specialist. Robert remains involved in his community serving in prominent positions with local community organizations such as the local Rotary Club. The Wieder Family Foundation created by Robert supports many important local and charitable organizations.  His love for the efforts of these smaller, local charitable organizations, coupled with his vast experience in the financial advising industry led to the creation of Robert’s GiveStream idea. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, coaching youth sports, and composing music. Robert is an IRS-qualified Enrolled Agent and he holds a BA degree from the University of Maryland.


Mary W. Baxter, CPA – Chief Financial Officer

Mary has worked as part of a Wealth Management Team since May 2005. She has extensive accounting and tax background in the private sector with over twenty-five years experience in individual, estate, and business taxes. Mary has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Baltimore having helped many children through her other community efforts. She loves to exercise. Mary holds a BS in Accounting from Towson University as well as a Para-legal AA degree from Villa Julie College.

James-CliftonJames J. Clifton – Vice-President – Sales & Marketing

With over 35 years in the Information Technology business, Jim has built a strong reputation as a influential sales executive, leading complex corporate sales objectives, driving strategic team objectives and creating customer driven technology solutions at Sun Microsystems. Representing the company’s top corporate clients, he established long term commitments and managed strategic alliances with companies and federal agencies such as Time Warner, AOL, CIA, DOD, USPS, and HHS.

Jim has held numerous sales and management positions at Sun, including Executive Director of the Time Warner Team that installed over $1 billion in product under his direction. Most notably, Jim’s last position at Sun was as Executive Director for DOD Worldwide with responsibility for delivering over 550M in revenue per year.

Jim has been recognized repeatedly for not only his revenue contributions, but also for his willingness to mentor and foster successful career paths for many individuals.

Jim is a member of the Armed Forces Communications Electronic Association (AFCEA), Navy League, Air Force Association (AFA), and Association of the United States Army (AUSA). He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, and completed studies in Finance and Accounting at the Wharton School of Business.

Jim is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He resides on Eastern Bay with his wife, Laura, in Chester, Maryland.

Tammy-KelleyTammy L. Kelley, Director of Business Development

Tammy Kelley has over 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Her business acumen and experience allow her to quickly understand the functions and requirements of her clients’ businesses and to assess where current needs could be better addressed.

Tammy has been immersed in corporate charitable giving and employee engagement research and development for well over 18 months as the Director of Business Development for GiveStream.

Previously, Tammy built a wide range of client services and sales experience as the Business Development and Operations Manager for a Baltimore area property management firm. In addition to her work in property management, Tammy helped found and promote one of the largest bulk hauling services in the Baltimore Washington Region. She has been an integral member of many Maryland state political campaigns, managing duties such as community outreach, strategy development, advertising, and government relations. Tammy serves in prominent roles in her church.

While her children were young, Tammy worked with the PTA, creating and writing grants for over 20 curriculum related international cultural enrichment programs in the arts and sciences. She is the proud mother of 5 beautiful children who keep her very busy in addition to her work. She holds an Associate’s degree from Ricks College.

Jose Galdamez

Jose Galdamez – Chief Technology Officer

Jose has been doing software development for 15 years focusing mainly on Web-based applications, working for organizations such as the University of Maryland, UMUC, FDA/CFSAN, Maryland State Archives, NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, and Teaching Strategies. His current focus is HTML5, JavaScript, and PHP. When not working he likes to try new restaurants, landscaping with his wife, and playing outside with his German shepherd. Jose received his Master of Information Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Kirt Fulcher

Kirt Fulcher – Chief Information Officer

Kirt graduated from the University of Maryland in 2005 with a B.S. in Computer Science. His emphasis was in database technologies and fault tolerant systems. Kirt has over 10 years’ experience of software development and database administration in the Public Safety Industry, supplying software and services to agencies across the country, such as NASA (Kennedy and Johnson Space Centers), the Pentagon Complex, City of Atlanta & Hartsfield International Airport as well as several counties in Maryland. Kirt stays busy and happy with his wife and twin daughters.

Ann Hirrlinger, Director of Professional Services

Ann has over 20 years’ experience as an IT project manager, software developer, and business support consultant in fields such a warehousing and distribution, marketing, web site design, publishing, accounting, order fulfillment, and EDI and XML communications. She holds a BS degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and continues professional training in current IT development tools. Ann balances the concentration and logic required in her work with kayaking, yoga, and renovating old houses.

Yolanda Galdamez

Yolanda Galdamez, Digital Design Director

Yolanda has spent more than 6 years as a digital graphic designer. She got her Bachelor’s Degree at Cibertec, an Institute that belongs to the international network of Laureate International Universities, in Peru. She specializes in helping new businesses and creating the brand and all the advertising tools needed to reflect a professional and unique image. While not working, she enjoys taking Zumba classes and practicing culinary arts.
